Terms of Sale

Effective from 28 September 2026

These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase products from doxymassager.com.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

Please also read our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery information and Warranty Policy.

1. About Us

"Doxy", "we", "us" and "our" mean:

Doxy 2.0 Ltd
Company number: 16708923
310 Wellingborough Road
Northampton
NN1 4EP
United Kingdom

Email: help@doxymassager.com

"You" means the person purchasing products through this website.

2. Who can place an order

You must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher minimum legal age applicable where you live, to purchase from our website.

Our consumer website is primarily intended for personal purchases.

If you wish to buy Doxy products for wholesale, resale or other commercial purposes, please contact us separately.

We may limit quantities or refuse an order where we reasonably believe it has been placed for unauthorised resale, fraudulent purposes or activity outside the normal use of our consumer website.

3. Product information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colours and other information are accurate.

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting or device.

From time to time we may make minor changes to products, packaging, components or specifications as part of ongoing product development. These changes will not materially reduce the functionality or quality of the product ordered.

Packaging may differ from images during transitions between packaging versions.

We may correct genuine errors or omissions and withdraw products from sale.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges and other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your order.

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs charges or other local fees may apply depending on the destination and shipping service. Our Shipping & Delivery page explains where these charges are included and where they may remain payable by the recipient.

Payment is taken or authorised when your order is placed.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers. Additional terms may apply to services such as instalment or deferred-payment options.

Doxy is not responsible for lending, eligibility or credit decisions made independently by a third-party payment provider.

If an obvious pricing error occurs and the displayed price is clearly incorrect, we may contact you before dispatch and allow you to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • discount codes cannot be combined
  • only one discount code may be used per order
  • discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
  • selected products may be excluded
  • promotions are subject to availability
  • promotional products may not have a cash alternative
  • codes may have expiry dates or usage limits
  • we may amend or withdraw a promotion before an order is placed.

We may refuse a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to the terms of the promotion.

6. Placing an order and formation of the contract

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

Our automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

Orders remain subject to payment approval, stock availability and reasonable security or verification checks.

Unless we tell you otherwise, our acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has been dispatched.

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

7. Your details

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your:

  • name
  • delivery address
  • billing details
  • email address
  • telephone number where requested.

Your email address and telephone number may be used by Doxy, our fulfilment provider or delivery carrier where reasonably necessary to process and deliver your order.

Please check your information carefully before submitting an order.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

8. Verification and fraud prevention

We may carry out reasonable checks to protect Doxy and our customers against fraud, payment misuse and unauthorised transactions.

We may place an order temporarily on hold while those checks are completed.

We may refuse, hold or cancel an order before dispatch where we reasonably believe that:

  • information provided is materially false or incomplete
  • payment has not been authorised
  • payment details may have been used without permission
  • the transaction may be fraudulent
  • the order appears intended for unauthorised resale
  • the delivery destination cannot reasonably or lawfully be serviced
  • the product is unavailable
  • an obvious pricing or website error has occurred
  • fulfilment would breach applicable law, sanctions, carrier restrictions or import requirements
  • there is another serious and legitimate reason why we cannot safely or lawfully fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and destination information are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Deliveries can occasionally be affected by events outside our reasonable control such as customs clearance, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays or transport disruption.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Incorrect details, failed deliveries and returned parcels

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

If incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you directly causes additional costs or a delivery failure, you may be responsible for reasonable direct costs resulting from that information where permitted by law.

These may include carrier return-to-sender charges, address correction charges or the cost of redelivery.

We will not impose arbitrary penalties unrelated to an actual cost or loss.

11. Risk of loss or damage

Doxy remains responsible for the goods while risk remains with us under applicable consumer law.

For UK consumer orders, risk normally passes when you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

If a parcel appears lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Changes made directly with a carrier

If you change delivery instructions directly with the carrier after dispatch, including redirecting the parcel, requesting delivery to a neighbour or collection location, you are responsible for ensuring those instructions are accurate.

Any statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. International orders

We ship to supported international destinations.

You are responsible for ensuring that a product can lawfully be imported, possessed and used in your destination country.

International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.

Depending on the destination and shipping service, duties, taxes or clearance charges may apply.

Where these are not collected by Doxy during checkout, they are normally the responsibility of the recipient.

14. Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you want to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order, but because orders may enter fulfilment shortly after being placed, cancellation before dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will normally need to be dealt with as a return.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

15. Change-of-mind cancellations and returns

UK consumers purchasing online will normally have a statutory right to cancel a distance-sale contract within 14 days after receiving goods, subject to legal exceptions.

Once you tell us within the applicable period that you wish to cancel, you will normally have a further 14 days to return eligible goods.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations specifically provide for a 14-day cancellation period for qualifying distance purchases. Legislation.gov.uk

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process in full.

16. Hygiene-sealed products

Because Doxy products are intimate-use products, products may be supplied sealed for health-protection and hygiene reasons.

Where sealed goods are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right can cease once the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. That exception is expressly contained in regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Legislation.gov.uk

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.

17. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Your legal rights relating to faulty goods are separate from our manufacturer's warranty.

Products supplied by Doxy must meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

For UK consumers, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Legislation.gov.uk

If your product arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

18. Manufacturer's warranty

Eligible Doxy 2.0 products purchased directly from doxymassager.com on or after 23 October 2025 include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

The manufacturer's warranty is separate from and additional to any statutory rights you have.

Full eligibility, exclusions and claim information are set out in our Warranty Policy.

Products supplied by the previous Doxy business are not covered by the Doxy 2.0 Ltd manufacturer's warranty.

19. Product use and care

Read and follow the instructions supplied with your product, including charging, cleaning, storage, water-resistance and safety information.

Not all Doxy products are waterproof.

A product should not be submerged or exposed to water beyond the conditions allowed by its stated IP rating and instructions.

20. Personal use and resale

Products sold through our consumer website are primarily intended for personal use.

You must not use fraudulent information, stolen payment details or purchase for unlawful purposes.

You must not falsely represent yourself as Doxy or as an authorised Doxy distributor or retailer.

Please contact us if you wish to purchase commercially for resale.

21. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, content on doxymassager.com is owned by or licensed to Doxy 2.0 Ltd.

This includes product designs, photography, video, graphics, logos, written content, packaging artwork, website design and trademarks.

"Doxy" is a registered trade mark.

You may not commercially copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit our intellectual property without prior permission except where permitted by law.

22. Third-party websites and services

Our website may link to services operated by third parties.

Those organisations may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability or content of independent third-party websites.

23. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

If we breach these Terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or statutory consumer rights.

Products sold through our consumer website are primarily intended for private and domestic use.

24. Events outside our reasonable control

Our ability to process or deliver an order may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, customs delays, industrial action, government action, war, civil disturbance, utility interruption or major disruption affecting suppliers or delivery partners.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

This does not remove any cancellation, refund or delivery right available under applicable consumer law.

25. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in the country or territory where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. If part of these Terms is unenforceable

Each section operates separately.

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

27. If we do not enforce a right immediately

If we delay enforcing a right under these Terms, that does not mean that we have waived that right.

28. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, products, website or applicable law.

The terms applying to a purchase will normally be those in force when the order was placed.

The latest version will be published here with its effective date.
