I don’t like paying for
I don’t like paying for expedited shipping and you ship it out late and not refund my money. I ended up purchasing another as well and went through Amazon. Same price and faster delivery. 5 stars on product, not customer service and handling of shipping.

Hey Chad, Thanks for the 5 stars on the product. I do just want to clarify the shipping timeline though, as I don’t think it’s fair to say we shipped your order out late. Your order was placed on Friday 11 September at 6:14pm and was shipped at 10:18pm that same evening - just over four hours after you ordered. It was then delivered on Tuesday 15 September. So from our side, the order was actually dispatched exceptionally quickly, particularly considering it was placed on a Friday evening. Once it had been handed to the courier, the remaining delivery time was outside our direct control. I completely understand that Amazon can sometimes deliver faster through its own fulfilment network, but I wanted to add the actual timeline here for context, particularly as you mentioned that we shipped the order late. I’m really pleased you gave the product 5 stars though and hope you’re enjoying both of them. Leigh

This is my second dozy, and nothing beats it when it comes to power. This is my first wireless doxy and the battery life is great.

I love the deep strong
I love the deep strong vibrations and the different levels of vibration strengths, but I would really prefer it if I got more variety of vibrations on top of the vibration strength settings it already has.

We deliberately kept the main controls focused on straightforward intensity adjustment rather than filling the Max with lots of patterns, but I completely understand that some people enjoy having more variety to play with.
