Important information about older Doxy products
Doxy 2.0 Ltd is a new and independent company established following the administration of CMG Leisure Ltd in August 2025.
Doxy 2.0 Ltd acquired the Doxy brand and intellectual property, but did not acquire CMG Leisure Ltd’s historical warranties, liabilities, repair stock or spare-parts inventory.
This policy applies to eligible products sold by Doxy 2.0 Ltd. If you need help with an older Doxy product, please visit our Legacy Doxy Support section.
If you're eligible for a change-of-mind return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must remain unopened with any hygiene seal intact.
Email help@doxymassager.com with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.
Unless the product is faulty or we agree otherwise, you're responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind order.
If your Doxy is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning anything. We may ask for photos, video or other information so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
Where a return is required for an accepted faulty-product or warranty claim, we'll provide the appropriate return instructions.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and checked, or earlier where required by law.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
For the full legal terms applying to cancellations and returns, see our Terms of Sale. For product faults and manufacturer's warranty claims, see our Warranty Policy.
